Our Refund Policy:
Returns If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 1-2 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Upon authorization of your return request, please follow the steps below:
- Neatly pack the item you intend to return along with the original packing material.
- In case of availability of a Return Pickup Facility at your location, our courier guy will come to collect the product at a stipulated time.
- Pickup Arranged from our side & delivered at our warehouse. In that case, We Deducted Rs 150 Handling Fees from your refund amount.
- In case Return Pickup Facility is not available at your location, please send the product through a reputed courier to the below address,

3. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email / WhatsApp us a photo of the damaged product. You must email / WhatsApp us about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order.
4. Refunds Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5. Exchanges We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or colour, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Exceptions There are certain situations where refunds may not be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery
- No return or exchange over discounted products

Also, as our Disclaimer mentions, there may be slight variations in the colours of fabrics, dyes, prints, embroideries and weaving of the actual product and image you see on your mobile display or monitor. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, colour settings and capabilities of mobile display or computer monitors.

10. This is a genuine handwoven piece, unevenness in the selvedge and weave could be expected and colours may fade or bleed due to the traditional dyeing method employed.
